Can I save my application and come back later?
Yes. Your application saves as a draft while you work. Sign in any time before the closing date to carry on, and the portal shows exactly which documents are still missing.
Will I see every fee before I commit?
Yes. The project page shows the application fee, the allocation fee and the yearly ground rent for each land use before you start. Nothing is added later.
Someone is selling me land. How do I know it is genuine?
Ask the seller for the land's public key and verify it here. The report shows the registered owner, any bank charges, and any legal or government flags. Always check before you pay or sign.
How do I know the plot on the ground is the one on the title?
The verification shows the plot's surveyed boundary and coordinates on the map. Open the location on your phone and visit it. If the boundary does not match what the seller shows you, do not pay.
Can more than one person own a plot?
Yes. Joint ownership is recorded with each owner's share, and the full history is kept, which protects everyone if a dispute ever comes up.
Do I need an agent?
No. You can apply, verify and manage your land yourself at no extra cost. If anyone asks for cash to process a government land application, that is a warning sign. Every genuine payment goes through this portal.
