Land keys
Find this on the land certificate or ask the current owner.
The current owner shares this with you to confirm the transfer is voluntary. Private keys are only used for validation, never stored.
Owner approval is required before the final transfer is recorded.
Before you start, get these ready

Submitting a transfer is fast, but you will need a few things from the current owner first.

  • The land's public key A long code that uniquely identifies the registered plot. Get it from the seller or the land certificate.
  • The owner's private key The current owner must share this with you so the system can confirm they have agreed to transfer the land. It is only used for validation and is never stored.
  • Your contact details Your full legal name, working email, and active phone number. The transfer reference and updates go here.
  • The processing fee A small fee is charged when the request is submitted. The exact amount appears on the next screen before you pay.
Verify before you transfer. If you have not already, run a verification on the land first to confirm there are no liens, mortgages, or legal flags. Verify a land
